This week saw our school celebrate NAIDOC week, and as usual, we did so in style. Thanks so much to Mr Conway and his Indigenous Leadership Group for organising such a wonderful day for all our students. We are also very thankful to our partner high school, Callaghan College Waratah Campus for their support on the day. We have already received a significant amount of feedback from our staff, students and community, but the following is a beautiful piece of feedback I received from the parent of on of the high school students.
"Hi Brad, I would like to say thank you. My daughter Josalyn has come home this afternoon and bragged about what a wonderful day she had at your school today. She said everyone was very friendly and can't wait to come back and dance for the school again. Regards Trish (Mum)
This type of comment typifies the community attitudes towards our school and its days like these where we can showcase our true school.
