Welcome to 1R
1R have been very busy this year!
We have been working together to create an inviting classroom that caters for all students.
Each morning we start the day with our literacy groups. We have been working hard to build on our reading, writing, spelling and grammar skills.
In maths we use lots of hands on activities to help us develop our skills. Our favourite maths game is King of the Circle.
We are very excited to be using the new technology that is in our school. 3/4 G has been teaching us how to use the bluebots and WeDo2.0.
On Mondays we participate in sport with 2Y and 2C. We have lots of fun building on our fundamental movement skills.
On Tuesdays we go to the library with Mrs Mitchell and listen to amazing stories and participate in PDHPE lessons. .
On Wednesday we have CAPA groups with 2Y and 2C.
